The following items are prohibited in or near the Perry County Common Pleas Court or Probation Department:
- firearms / deadly weapons
- brass knuckles
- switchblades
- ammunition
- explosive devices or material
- chemical mace / pepper spray
- flammable materials
- any cutting instruments, which would include knives, pen knives, scissors, box cutters, carpet knives, razors, etc.
- tools such as hammers, screwdrivers and nails
- handcuffs / handcuff keys
- toy guns / knives
- stun guns
- chains
- large straight or safety pins
- asp / blackjacks / batons
